Ed Howe is the Associate Director of Programming at ICON Central Laboratories, a position held since 1998. Prior to this role, Ed worked as a MIS Manager at the Center for Rehabilitation from 1996 to 1997 and as a Programmer/Analyst at Magnatech Business Systems from 1991 to 1996. Ed earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Queens College, graduating in 1991.
