Faye Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and project management. Currently serving as Director of Pharmacovigilance Commercial & Financial at ICON plc since July 2025, Faye previously held the position of Director/Head of Safety at TFS HealthScience from June 2023 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing safety staff, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. With a strong background in residential block and estate management as Director at Anstey Property Management and Crest Williams, both successfully ARMA-Q Accredited, Faye also has significant experience at ICON plc in various management roles focused on site activation and drug safety from 2005 to 2014. Faye holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Physiology & Pharmacology from both the University of Southampton and the University of Liverpool.
