Jacinta Filan

Jacinta Filan has extensive experience in financial management and operations, most recently serving as Sr Manager Global Sales Operations at ICON plc from January 2024 to October 2025, following a progressive career within the company that included roles such as Internal Audit Manager, Corporate FP&A Manager, and Director of Global Sales Operations. Prior to ICON plc, Jacinta held the position of Group Financial Accountant at GC Aesthetics and worked as a Financial Accountant at ESB. Early in the career, Jacinta gained auditing experience as an Audit Senior at KPMG Ireland. Educational qualifications include a degree in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick and certification as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
