Jeff Yahn

Jeff Yahn, CPA, CISA, is an experienced IT audit professional currently serving as the Director of IT Internal Audit at ICON plc since July 2021. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager of IT Internal Audit at ICON plc, and Manager of IT Internal Audit at PRA Health Sciences, where responsibilities included developing annual risk-based audit plans and coordinating external auditor testing for SOX and SOC 2 audits. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President of IT Internal Audit at Credit Suisse, where Jeff led multiple technology audits, and as Senior Associate at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, managing significant IT SOX engagements. Jeff began a career in IT support with the North Carolina Information Technology Services and the NC Department of Administration's State Construction Office. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
