Joe Cronin

Joe Cronin has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Joe began their career as an HR Manager at Canada Life, where they worked for three years. Joe then moved on to Computer Sciences Corporation, serving as an HR Manager for Nortel Networks in Ireland. After that, they joined GMAC Commercial Mortgage as an Assistant Vice President in HR, overseeing multiple countries including Ireland, UK, Germany, France, and India. In 2005, they joined Kellogg Company and held various HR Director roles, including responsibility for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Ireland. In 2013, they joined AIB as the Head of HR for various functions. Currently, Joe serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer & Executive Vice President at ICON plc, where they oversee global HR operations and supports the development of drugs in the pharmaceutical industry.
