Johan Chaparro

Johan Chaparro's work experience includes a role as a Senior Lead Data Manager at ICON plc since 2022, and a previous position as a Clinical Data Manager at Bioclinica from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Merck as a Lead Clinical Data Manager from 2018 to 2020, a Senior Clinical Data Manager in 2018, and a Clinical Data Manager from 2017 to 2018. Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, they gained experience as a Research Assistant at Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 2016, and as an Energy Exploitation of Agricultural Biomass Intern at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in 2015. Johan also worked as a Synthetic Natural Gas Production Research Assistant at Technische Universität München from 2014 to 2015.

Johan Chaparro completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2010 to 2015. In 2014-2015, they had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on Chemical Engineering. Currently, Johan is pursuing a Master's degree in Management at the Technical University of Munich, which they began in 2020. Additionally, they are also simultaneously working towards a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the same university.
