Jonathan Riek

Jonathan Riek is a seasoned executive leader specializing in musculoskeletal and metabolic disease imaging. Currently serving as the Senior Director at ICON plc, Jonathan provides scientific and technical oversight for imaging studies. Previously, they were the Chief Technical Officer at VirtualScopics, where they worked until 2024, and held the position of Vice President at BioTelemetry Research from 2016 to 2024. Jonathan also contributed to the field as a Senior Research Associate at Eastman Kodak from 1994 to 2001. They earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester in 1993 and completed an Executive Education program at the Wharton School of Business in 2004.
