Mark Qian is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Legal Counsel at ICON plc since June 2013, Mark provides legal consultation for clinical trial managers on matters related to CDAs, CTAs, ICFs, and Financial Disclosures across US and Canadian study sites, with upcoming expansions to the EU and Asia Pacific. Previous roles include Corporate Counsel at Amphastar Pharmaceuticals, where Mark managed contract negotiations and employment issues, and positions as a Law Clerk at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Woodcock Washburn, LLP, focused on intellectual property and patent law.
