Mateusz Jurga

Mateusz Jurga is a Senior Regulatory Medical Writer at ICON plc, embedded in Takeda since June 2025, with prior experience as a Medical Writer I and II at Fortrea, embedded in Novo Nordisk from October 2022 to June 2025. Responsibilities included writing and editing Clinical Study Protocols, Clinical Study Reports, Investigator's Brochures, Paediatric Investigation Plans, and Briefing Documents for regulatory submissions. Previously, Mateusz served as Laboratory Operations Manager at the University of Bradford, overseeing a Cancer Biology Lab, and as Interim Manager at the Ethical Tissue tissue bank. An Associate Researcher at the University of Sheffield contributed to a publication in Nature Communications and completed a PhD focused on DNA repair pathways.
