Matt Hanson has over 23 years of experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as Team Leader for IT Operations at ICON plc since April 2008, with prior roles as Senior Applications Analyst and Business Applications Analyst. Before joining ICON plc, Matt worked as an IT Support Analyst at Shell Oil and held a position as Assistant IT Officer at the University of Manchester. Matt began his career at IBM Global Business Services, where roles included User Admin Analyst and IT Support Analyst. Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Economic & Social History from the University of Liverpool, graduated in 1997, and attended Xaverian College from 1992 to 1994.
