Naice S.

Naice S. currently serves as a Senior Site Manager (Sr CRA) at ICON plc, starting in October 2025, where responsibilities include initiation, monitoring, and closure of study centers in compliance with ICH-GCP and company protocols. Previously, Naice held the position of Lead CRA at Azidus Brazil from February 2021 to October 2025, overseeing clinical research projects and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Additional experience includes roles as Clinical Research Associate II and I, and a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at ANVISA and the Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (ANS). Naice's academic background includes an Executive MBA in Project Management from FGV, a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Physiology and Biophysics from USP, and a PhD and Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition applied to Health Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, along with a degree in Nutrition from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
