Nina Kirk is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at ICON plc, where they support growth and strategy execution through acquisitions, mergers, and divestments. Nina leads ICON's Integration Management Office, focusing on effective target integration to realize deal synergies and value propositions. Prior to this role, Nina held various leadership positions at ICON, including Executive Director of the ICON Biotech Optimisation Group. Nina spent a decade as a Management Consultant at EY, specializing in business strategy and transformation for leading organizations across multiple sectors.
