Papiya Patra

Papiya Patra has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Papiya is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at ICON plc, where they have been working since 2014. Prior to their current role, they held positions such as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, and Talent Acquisition Specialist within the same company. Before joining ICON plc, Papiya worked as an Assistant Manager-HR at HCG oncology from 2010 to 2014. Papiya also has experience as an Assistant Consultant and Associate Consultant at MaFoi from 2007 to 2010, and as a Resource Consultant at Career Destiny from 2006 to 2007. Papiya started their career as a Territory Manager at Microlabs Pvt.Ltd in 2006.

Papiya Patra completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences between 2000 and 2005. Papiya also obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Xaviers Institute of Business Management, the dates of which are not specified.
