Ron Cooper

Ron Cooper is a seasoned professional in clinical vendor management and contract negotiation, currently serving as Manager of Clinical Vendor Management at ICON plc since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ron held various positions at IQVIA, including Contracts Manager, overseeing rapid start-up contracting for multiple networks, and served as Regulatory and Start-Up Specialist II at PRA Health Sciences, where responsibilities included leading Clinical Trial Agreements across diverse phases and indications. Ron's early career involved writing for C-Ville Weekly and performing legal research as a Law Clerk at the South Carolina Attorney General's Office, along with externship experience at the U.S. District Court. Ron holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Arizona and two degrees in Anthropology from Northern Arizona University and the College of Charleston.
