Simon Hollywood

Simon Hollywood has over 18 years of work experience in the legal field. From November 2022 to present, they have served as the Deputy General Counsel & Senior Vice President Legal & Procurement at ICON plc. Prior to this, Simon held various roles at ICON, including Senior Vice-President Legal & Associate General Counsel from October 2021 to November 2022, Vice-President Legal & Associate General Counsel from April 2014 to October 2021, Director & Associate General Counsel from June 2012 to April 2014, Associate Director of Legal Affairs from October 2011 to June 2012, and European Legal Manager from November 2010 to October 2011.

Before joining ICON, Simon worked as a Corporate Solicitor at Leman Solicitors from October 2009 to November 2010. Simon also gained experience as a Corporate Solicitor at A&L Goodbody from January 2007 to January 2009 and as a Trainee Solicitor from June 2004 to January 2007.

Simon Hollywood attended Clongowes Wood College from 1992 to 1998. Simon then pursued a Bachelor of Civil Law (International Law) degree at University College Dublin from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they studied at De Paul University Chicago from 2000 to 2001, focusing on law. Simon continued their education at University College Dublin and completed their Master's degree in commercial law from 2002 to 2003.
