Susan Schuster, PhD, is a Senior Project Manager at ICON plc, where they currently lead site activation efforts to ensure timely and compliant study site activations across various countries. Previously, they held positions as a Study Start Up Associate II and Project Management Associate, with a strong focus on contract negotiations and project coordination. Susan's academic background includes a PhD in Medical Sciences from Radboud University, during which they studied antiviral RNA interference in a range of biological systems.
