Sydney Johnson

Sydney Johnson, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of Project Delivery at ICON plc since November 2025, with prior experience as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Aspen Neuroscience, Inc. from September 2024 to November 2025. Between July 2021 and February 2024, Sydney held the position of Executive Director and Senior Director at Pfizer, leading the Study Management Group. Additional roles include Senior Director of Project Delivery at PRA Health Sciences and various project management positions at ICON plc focused on the Pfizer Strategic Business Unit. Prior to these roles, Sydney contributed to Pfizer Inc. as Associate Director of Program Study Management for Vaccines and spent over a decade at Merck & Co., Inc. in various clinical research capacities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, a Professional Certificate in International Business Management from University College Dublin, and a BA in Biology from UC San Diego.
