Tim Phillips is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and laboratory service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at ICON plc since June 2017, Tim is responsible for enhancing ICON's global central laboratory services and managing significant pharmaceutical accounts. Prior roles include Executive Director of Business Development at Perthera, where Tim developed relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients focused on personalized cancer therapeutics, and Business Development Director at Covance, managing laboratory services for northeastern pharmaceutical companies. Tim has also held senior positions at ICON Central Laboratories, Inc. and AppTec, and began career work at Esoterix, overseeing clinical trials development.
