Tracy Messing, RN, OCN, CCRC, has extensive experience in oncology research and clinical trial management. Tracy began professional career as a Senior Research Nurse at Park Nicollet Health Services from 2004 to 2006 and later served as Charge Nurse at Texas Health Resources in 2006. Tracy joined Baylor Scott & White Health as Manager of Clinical Oncology Research Coordination from 2007 to 2013 and transitioned to McKesson as a Medical Oncology Auditor from 2013 to 2015. Tracy held the position of Regional Research Director at Texas Oncology from May 2015 until August 2022, overseeing oncology research operations at eight locations and managing over 100 clinical trials. Currently, Tracy works at ICON plc, first as Clinical Trial Manager from August 2022 to April 2024 and then advancing to Clinical Trial Manager II in April 2024. Tracy earned a Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma Christian University between 1988 and 1992.
