Vicky Gatehouse

Vicky Gatehouse is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Operations at ICON Strategic Solutions, where they lead the recruitment, growth, training, and development of Clinical Operations employees across EMEA. With over 20 years of experience in various roles, Vicky previously served as Senior Manager of Clinical Operations at ICON plc, Clinical Research Manager at Covance, and CRA Line Manager at Novartis, among other positions. Vicky has a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and fostering positive relationships within both internal and external clients. They are pursuing multiple degrees at The Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Nottingham, including an MSc and a Master's degree in Creative Writing.
