Zoe O'Connell

Zoe O'Connell is an experienced project manager and toxicology study monitor currently working at ICON plc since June 2025. Previously, Zoe held the position of Senior Proposal Associate at Labcorp for a brief period in early 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Scientist in Toxicology at COMPASS Pathways from May 2022 to December 2024 and working as a Study Manager at Labcorp Drug Development between October 2019 and May 2022. Zoe also has experience as a Study Manager at Covance and Synexa Life Sciences, as well as serving as a Study Director at Envigo. Zoe O'Connell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Nottingham, which was completed in 2016.
