Paula Perez Robinson

Paula Perez Robinson currently serves as Chief Human Resources at ICONSTRUYE, where responsibilities include leading the strategy for the People department and ensuring exceptional processes that enhance employee experiences and professional growth. Paula also held the position of Líder Desarrollo Organizacional at ICONSTRUYE. Prior to this, Paula worked at SoftwareONE as Regional Human Resources Business Partner for Chile, Peru, and Argentina, and as LATAM Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on talent attraction and onboarding processes. Earlier career experience includes roles at the Chilean Ministry of Health as Encargada Comunicaciones Internas and as a journalist at Revista Arte al Limite. Paula holds a Master's degree from Universidad de los Andes and a degree in Organizational Communication from Universidad Diego Portales.
