Our team has three main principles of work:
 
 1. The profitability of our services. We take only those projects for which our services will be cost-effective. Our primary KPI is positive ROMI from SEO.
 
 2. Responsibility and productivity. Only responsible people work for us. We are not perfectionists, we are productivists. In the process of work, most often we use the Pareto principle, which states that 20% of the efforts of the most needed actions at the moment give 80% of the result.
 
 3. "Think like the owner of a project." When resolving any project issues, we try to make decisions as if it were our own project. This approach allows you to get the result at the lowest cost, thereby increasing the profitability of our services and, as a result, the LTV of our customers :)
 
 In iConsult, one specialist cannot conduct more than 7 projects. This allows us to maintain a high level of involvement of specialists in each project and reach the planned KPI on time.
 
 Our PMs answer calls even on weekends and holidays (this is because they are responsible people).
