Arie Abecassis

Arie Abecassis is the Founder of deftly.vc, a seed fund that collaborates with ambitious founding teams, and serves as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Techstars NYC, a program supporting successful startups. Abecassis is also a Board Member at helloHERO and SchoolPass, and the Founder of ICONYC labs, which accelerates early-stage Israeli tech startups. As an Advisor to numerous companies, including SeatGeek, The Athletic, and Podchaser, Abecassis provides business and financial guidance across various growth stages. Prior roles include Venture Partner at DreamIt Ventures, Board Member at Bizness Apps, and Chairman of the Board at SeatGeek. Abecassis holds an MBA in Finance and Technology from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School.
