Sonia Moncayo

Sonia Moncayo has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Sonia worked as the Vice President of Business Development & Marketing at iCore Lending, Inc starting in 2021. Prior to that, they founded Wealth Builders & Developers in 2018. Sonia also held roles as a Licensed Realtor and Real Estate Agent at eXp Realty, starting in 2020. In 2018, Sonia served as the President of the NAHREP South Bay Chapter. Their earliest work experience includes being a Real Estate Agent, Marketing Director, and Branch Manager at Property Works Inc, Promise Land Mortgage Realty Division from 2000 to 2013. Their responsibilities in that role included sales, listings for investment companies, marketing properties, and representing buyers and sellers.

Sonia Moncayo earned a degree in Hospitality, specializing in Banquets and Beverage Mayor from the University of Technology of Quito, studying there from 1979 to 1984.
