William Forte has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. William started their career as an HVACR Engineer at Royal Air Systems, Inc. in 1999 and worked there until 2000. William then transitioned into the IT field and joined Northern Business Machines in 2001 as a Field Service Engineer. After four years, they moved up to the role of Senior IT Consultant and worked there until 2011. In 2011, William joined iCorps Technologies as a Technology and Systems Consultant and steadily progressed in the company. William became a Senior Technology and Systems Consultant in 2015 and later assumed the role of Strategic Technology Advisor/Virtual CIO in 2018. Throughout their career, William has gained expertise as an MCSE and CCNA-Security certified professional.

William Forte has a strong educational background in computer science and information technology. William attended Clark University from 2000 to 2002, studying computer science. In 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology - Security at Western Governors University, which they completed in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Forte has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and credentials. William holds certifications from CompTIA, including A+, Network+, Project+, and Security+. William is also certified by Cisco with a CCNA certification, including a specialization in CCNA-Security.
