Nicole Mwesigwa

Nicole Mwesigwa's work experience begins in 1997 when they worked at Cova Financial Service as an Insurance Distribution and Analytics Tech until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served in the Peace Corps, focusing on Business Development and Micro Finance. In 2002, they joined Genelco Software Solutions as a Software Design professional until 2005. Following this, from 2005 to 2016, Nicole worked at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, first as Director of Global Underwriting and then as Executive Director of AURA Accelerated Underwriting. In 2018, they became a Business Advisor at Nimoniks, an EdTech company specializing in technology training and mentoring. Currently, since 2020, Nicole is the Co-Founder and COO of iCover Insure, where they played a significant role in developing and implementing the company's digital insurance service.

Nicole Mwesigwa obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance and Economics from DePaul University from 1992 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, they hold the FLMI (Fellow Life Management Institute) certification from LOMA (Life Office Management Association), which was obtained in 2005.
