Steve Riecher

Steve Riecher is an experienced professional with a strong background in procurement, manufacturing, and finance. Currently serving as a Senior Buyer at Innovative Chemical Products Group since April 2022, Riecher previously held the position of Manufacturing/Customer Service Manager at EFTEC from September 2004 to March 2022, where responsibilities included supervising a team and managing production supervisors overseeing 40 union employees. Prior experience also includes serving as a Financial Analyst at EFTEC and Division Treasurer at Valeo, where financial oversight and reporting for divisions generating approximately $140 million in sales were primary duties. Riecher began the career as a General Accountant, specializing in cash reporting and financial audits. Riecher earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Walsh College between 1994 and 1997.
