Gary Peters is the Founder and Chief Executive of ICP Search, a global executive search and talent consultancy specialising in Advanced Technologies, Media, Sport and Human Capital. Gary is also the Founder of Authentic Resilience, a team of leaders focusing on authenticity and resilience, The Love Local Jobs Foundation, and LoveLocalJobs.com. Additionally, Gary served as a Trustee for THE RUSSELL MARTIN FOUNDATION and Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. Gary is an Honary Alumni of Brighton MET.
