Michael Bogan

Michael Bogan is the current President at ICQ Consultants. Michael has over 15 years of experience in the biotechnology field, with a successful track record of completing projects ahead of schedule and under budget.

Bogan began their career as a Pilot Plant Operator at BASF Bioresearch Corporation, where they gained experience in protein purification. Michael then moved to Amgen, where they held the position of Senior Manager Validation. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring appropriate standards were established and adhered to for all validation activities at two manufacturing plants and a central utilities building. Michael was also recognized as a proactive manager who initiated and led cross-site, cross-functional and global initiatives and validation projects.

In their current role as President at ICQ Consultants, Bogan is responsible for providing quality consulting services to clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Michael has extensive experience in validation, commissioning and qualification, process development and technical writing. Under their leadership, ICQ Consultants has become a leading provider of quality consulting services in the industry.

Michael Bogan has a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Northeastern University and an Associate of Arts in Marketing / Advertisement from Franklin Pierce University.
