Harold Ingalls

Harold "Harry" Ingalls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system analysis and intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior System Analyst at ICR, Inc. since June 2021, Ingalls has previously held key roles including Intelligence Analyst at SRC from February 2018 to June 2021, and Senior Analyst, Operations Engineer Level IV at Barnett Engineering and Signaling Laboratories (BESL) LLC from August 2012 to February 2018.
