Tim Bell has extensive experience in the operations and technical fields, having served in various roles over the years. At NECE Ltd, from July 2014 to November 2023, Tim held the position of Lead Field Technician, which followed an earlier role as Technician at Peter Vardy Ltd from June 2006 to December 2012. Recently, Tim worked at ICR in May 2025 as Operations Lead (NECE) and Operations Team Lead. Tim is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree at The Open University, a program ongoing since 2023.
