Andrew Johnson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Quality Manager at ICR Services since May 2015, where responsibilities include leading the “One Quality” process and facilitating the Warranty Review Policy. Prior roles at ICR include Quality Manager, Mechanical Repair Team Leader, and Financial Analyst, as well as a position as a Warehouse/E-Commerce/Logistics Specialist. Andrew's earlier experience includes a stint as a Delivery Driver at Pizza Hut and a Research Intern with the Michigan Republican Party. Andrew began a career in parts distribution at ICR - Industrial Control Repair as a Parts Distribution Technician. Educational qualifications include a Dual MBA/MSF from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science: Pre-Law from Michigan State University.
