With over 15 years of experience in corporate communications across a broad range of industries, including retail, consumer, and restaurants, Jessica has created comprehensive communications programs that successfully raised corporate visibility, and provided strategic counsel on special situations such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and crisis communications.
Throughout her career, she has advised U.S.-based and international companies including Keurig Green Mountain, Li & Fung Limited, Vodafone, United Technologies and Cemex on long-term strategic communications programs designed to build credibility within the U.S. business and financial communities. She has advised on recent IPOs including Shake Shack, AMC Entertainment, Michaels, Papa Murphy’s and Materialise. Having worked across numerous industries and diverse situations, she brings a unique perspective and insight to her counsel, which is currently focused on building brand awareness, IPOs, crisis communications, M&A and executive transitions.
Prior to joining ICR, Jessica served as senior vice president of Berns Communications Group, a boutique communications agency in the retail industry. She began her career at Abernathy MacGregor, a strategic communications agency, where she spent nearly ten years advising companies on corporate and financial communications, transaction communications and crisis management.
