Madison McGillicuddy

Madison is an Account Director on the restaurant team at ICR, where she focuses on creating and executing programs that raise brand awareness and foster understanding with key stakeholders. With over 6 years of corporate, crisis and consumer communications experience across industry sectors with an expertise in the restaurant sector, Madison works with legacy brands, emerging-growth concepts, restaurant technology and private equity – to form comprehensive communications programs for her clients.

Madison has advised U.S. based and international clients across a broad range of consumer industries, including restaurants, CPG, retail, consumer and entertainment. Her expertise lies in long-term strategic communications programs that help build credibility and shape the narrative with business, financial, trade and local audiences. She also has experience in guiding companies including Dutch Bros, Vivid Seats, Pet Valu and Sovos Brands leading up to and through the initial public offerings and SPAC processes, as well as navigate special situations such as mergers and acquisitions, executive transitions and general crisis communications.
