Ralph serves as a Senior Vice President in the firm’s Technology Group. Ralph joins ICR with almost three decades of financial and capital markets experience including buy-side portfolio management and sell-side investment banking.

Prior to joining ICR, Ralph spent 20 years at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) as a Director focused on portfolio management. While at TRS, Ralph managed multiple public equity funds including growth, quality and global portfolios across industry verticals. Ralph also led TRS’s direct and co-investment portfolios dedicated to investing late-stage, equity growth capital in pre-IPO companies. As a Board Observer to numerous private companies, Ralph has helped to advise management teams and boards on capital markets and finance raising strategies.

Ralph also worked for almost a decade on the sell-side as a Vice President and Associate of Investment Banking at firms including RBC Capital Markets, Dain Rauscher Wessels and Howard Weil. During his time on the sell-side, Ralph was directly involved in the execution of 75 capital markets offerings and financial advisory transactions including equity and fixed income financings and mergers and acquisitions.
