Shivani Kak

Shivani Kak is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance and investor relations. Currently serving as a Member at WeQual and the Board of Directors for ICRA, Shivani also holds the position of Head Of Investor Relations (Managing Director - Finance) at Moody's Corporation since September 2019. Over nearly a decade at Moody's Investors Service, roles included Associate Managing Director, Head of the US Structured Finance Relationship Management Team, and Senior Vice President of Product Management, where responsibilities encompassed global product development and managing investor requested ratings. Shivani's previous positions include Director at Lehman Brothers, participation in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, and a consulting role at KPMG Corporate Finance in Russia. Shivani earned an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
