Regional Legal Coordinator For Eastern Europe And Central Asia at ICRC

Andrey Kozik serves as the Regional Legal Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) since July 2019, overseeing legal matters in multiple countries including Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Ukraine. Additionally, Andrey holds positions as the National Jessup Administrator for Belarus with the International Law Students Association, a Development Volunteer with Nica.team, and a member of the Board of Directors for the International Society for Military Law and the Law of War. Andrey previously contributed as a conciliator at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and served as Secretary-General of the International Law and Arbitration Association (BILA). Academic roles include serving as an Associate Professor at KIMEP University. Andrey Kozik's educational background includes a Ph.D. in International Law from Belarusian State University and several degrees in finance and law from various institutions.
