Galya Dimitrova

Galya Dimitrova is an experienced professional specializing in results-based management, project management, monitoring and evaluation, and quality assurance. Currently serving as an Outcome Based Approach (OBA)/RBM Advisor at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) since November 2022, Galya holds a concurrent role as a Senior Results-Based Management Expert at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) since April 2020. Previously, Galya worked as a Senior Quality Monitoring Expert at UNIDO and held various positions at IAEA, including Senior Results Based Management, Project Management, M&E, and Quality Assurance Training Officer from 2010 to 2017. Earlier experience includes roles in human resources learning and development at the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe and as Programme Director for Capacity Building and Project Management at the Institute for Sustainable Communities under USAID. Galya's educational background includes studies at The Johns Hopkins University, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, and a French Language School in Sofia.
