Jalil Abdallah

Jalil Abdallah is the Head of Office at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where they manage operations and develop strategies in humanitarian contexts. They have previously served as a Humanitarian Affairs Advisor for ICRC in Cameroon and Tchad, and have held roles in project management and coordination with various international organizations. Jalil holds a Master of Law (LLM) in Human Rights & Humanitarian Law from Aberystwyth University, as well as a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Gaziantep University. They continue to enhance their expertise by pursuing a Certificate in International Humanitarian Law at Leiden University.
