Charalambos Constantinou

Charalambos Constantinou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation leadership and consulting. Currently serving as the Transformation Leader and Head of the Transformation Office at Pharmathen since September 2022, Charalambos previously held roles at CK Advisor Network, focusing on designing and executing large strategy and transformation programs. Prior to that, Charalambos was a Partner and the Head of Consulting Services at EY Cyprus, leading the consulting practice for over a decade. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at Duff & Phelps and as a Senior Consultant at Standard & Poor's. Academic credentials include a PhD in Finance from the University of Cambridge, as well as MSc and BSc degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Warwick and the University of Cyprus, respectively. Charalambos has also contributed as a lecturer at the University of Edinburgh.
