Jemma Arman

Jemma Arman is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in law and humanitarian issues. Previously, Jemma served as an Associate to Justice Mansfield at the Federal Court of Australia, focusing on native title, migration, consumer protection, and discrimination law. Jemma held positions as a Legal Clerk at AM Legal and as a Legal Officer at the Kimberley Land Council, where they worked on native title claims and corporate governance for Aboriginal entities. Additionally, Jemma contributed to the International Committee of the Red Cross as a Legal Advisor, co-authoring significant updates to the Geneva Convention. Jemma holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Flinders University and a Master of Laws from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.
