Rhea Catera

Rhea Catera is a CPA and CFE currently serving as the Operating Manager and Head of Financial Transformation in the Office of the Chief Finance Officer at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). They have an extensive background as a Financial Auditor, with experience in financial management, risk-based auditing, and accounting across the humanitarian sector. Rhea previously held multiple roles at ICRC, including Finance and Administration Manager and Deputy Finance and Administration Coordinator, and has also worked as a Senior Associate at EY and a Finance Consultant at CARE. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the Philippines, graduating cum laude, and participated in a program at the University of Oxford's Department for Continuing Education.
