Emmanuelle Bour-Poitrinal

General engineer exceptional class (INA PG 1976, ENGREF 1981), was deputy director of the Haras National de Saint-Lô in 1981 then director of the Haras National des Bréviaires in 1991. Responsible by the Minister of Agriculture for the reform of the service des Haras en Establishment Public in 1992, she is responsible for the National Studs for the purchase of stallions and marketing. Director of the National Stud Farm of Compiègne then General Manager of the National Stud Farms in 2002, she was appointed General Manager of France Galop in 2007. In 2008, she became a member of the General Council for Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas (CGAAER ) and General Delegate of France Bois Industrie Entreprises. She was appointed President of the “Forests, Waters and Territories” Section in 2018.
