Chief engineer (X 2003, ENPC 2009) was successively head of a project management department at the Regional Equipment Department of Île-de-France in 2009, director of the Gennevilliers Agency, Ports of Paris in 2011 then Director of Development, Ports of Paris in 2014, he was then appointed Deputy Director General of Equipment and Environment at the Essonne Departmental Council in 2016. He joined the Directorate General of Infrastructure, Transport and Sea (DGITM), Ministry of Ecological Transition in 2019 as Deputy Director of Budget, Management Control and Services.
