Hakim Lahlou

Engineer (ENPC 2014, ENAC) graduated with a master's in finance and strategy from Sciences Po (Paris), from the master Markets and Organization of the Toulouse School of Economics, and began his career at the General Directorate of Civil Aviation where he notably was an adviser to the cabinet of the DGAC. He joined the Department of Housing, Urbanism and Landscapes at the Ministry of Housing in 2015 as head of the economic studies office. Appointed as the CDC Group Loans Director in 2018, he is also a director of the Tonus Territoires investment vehicle created by the Banque des Territoires to support the construction of social housing. Finally, he is in charge of steering the data science work (including AI) of his Department.
