Raksha Sisodia

Raksha Sisodia has held various roles in human resources, starting as an HR Intern at Cadbury India Limited in 2012. Raksha then progressed to HR Executive at Darshan Education Foundation in 2013, followed by roles as Senior Executive Human Resources at Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2017. Subsequently, they worked as a Senior HR Professional at Avantive Solutions from 2017 to 2022, transitioning to Assistant Manager at BANKIT from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Raksha serves as a Senior Team Lead in HR Ops at Icreon since 2023, with expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, talent management, and training & development.

Raksha Sisodia completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Development from Dr. MPS College of Business Studies in 2011. Raksha then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from New Delhi Institute Of Management, graduating in 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Human Resources Development from Punjab Technical University during the same timeframe. Raksha Sisodia also obtained a certification in Managing Teams from LinkedIn in 2023.
