Harishankar Jagadeesh

Harishankar Jagadeesh is a seasoned economist and consultant with extensive experience in economic analysis, competition, and market regulation. Currently a Fellow (Consultant) at ICRIER as of April 2024, Harishankar previously held positions at Econ One Research and Nathan Associates as an economist. Prior to that, Harishankar served as Creative Director at Studio W India, Executive Director at Bright Minds Academy, and Founder of Hari.Photo. Additional roles include consulting at ICF International and founding GFH Economics. Harishankar began the career at the Competition Commission of India, focusing on merger and antitrust case analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Specialized Economic Analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics and a Master of Arts in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
