Shravani Prakash is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in economic policy, focusing on gender mainstreaming and trade facilitation. Currently a consultant at ICRIER since January 2009, Shravani has led various significant projects, including initiatives on gender in trade policy, enhancing India's exports, and normalizing trade relations with Pakistan. As the founder of elleNomics, a consultancy promoting women's advancement, and a former founder of TESH, Shravani has actively contributed to empowering women through strategic collaborations. With a strong academic background in economics from the University of Warwick and Miranda House College, Shravani has also held research positions at prominent organizations such as the World Bank and ICRIER, illustrating a robust commitment to trade policy research and economic development.
