Gabriela de Castro

Gabriela de Castro is a skilled human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, selection, and employee management. Currently serving as Analista de Gente e Gestão at iCrop Gestão de Irrigação since January 2022, Gabriela oversees various HR functions including job openings, interviews, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Previously, Gabriela held roles at Autus Chevrolet and Grupo Bom Jesus, where responsibilities included psychological testing, documentation processing, training organization, and engagement activities. Gabriela also has experience in quality management related to ISO 9001 standards during an internship, along with project management and organizational climate research as a project advisor at Consulpsi Empresa Júnior. Gabriela holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, completed in June 2021.
